Last updated: July 2026. If something doesn’t fit or isn’t right, returns are simple: 30 days from delivery, unworn, tags on, money back. Here’s the full policy in plain language.
What can be returned
- Any item within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- Sports bras: the hygiene liner must be intact.
- Socks (3-pack / 2-pack): returnable only unopened, in the original packaging.
- Trying on at home (as you would in a fitting room) is fine — training in it first is not.
How to start a return
- Email youhuiru2026@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s), and the reason.
- We reply within 1 business day with the return address and a return authorisation.
- Post the item back (tracked shipping recommended — the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us).
- We inspect and refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds
- Refunds go to your original payment method (Stripe card payment or PayPal). Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days of our confirmation.
- Change-of-mind returns: item price refunded in full (shipping was free, so there’s nothing to deduct); return postage is yours.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item sent: full refund (and we cover the return postage), or a free replacement — your choice. Send a photo with your email; no need to return faulty goods unless we ask.
- We never issue “store credit only” — refunds are real money, back the way it came.
Exchanges
For a different size or colour, the fastest route is: return the original for a refund and place a fresh order — stock moves quickly and this guarantees you the size. Check the Size Guide before reordering, or ask us for a fit recommendation.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch (we dispatch within 1–2 business days, so be quick). After dispatch, use the normal return process once it arrives.
