We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We collect the minimum a working store needs.
Payments — Stripe & PayPal
All payments are processed by Stripe (privacy policy) or PayPal (privacy policy). Your card number, expiry and CVC are entered on their PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure — we receive only a payment confirmation and the last four digits, never the card itself. Both processors act as independent data controllers for the payment data they handle.
Who we share data with
- Shipping carriers — name, address and phone, to deliver your parcel and send tracking updates.
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — order amount and confirmation data, to take payment and to handle refunds or disputes.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — the servers this site runs on, bound by data-processing agreements.
- Authorities — only where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use the essential cookies WooCommerce needs to run a shop: keeping your cart, keeping you logged in, and remembering checkout progress. These are functional, not advertising, cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the cart simply won’t persist without them.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Optional accounts persist until you ask us to delete them.
