Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal (PayPal balance or linked cards). Both are fully encrypted — your card details never touch our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email youhuiru2026@hotmail.com with your order number as soon as possible — we dispatch within 1–2 business days, so the window is short. Once shipped, use the normal returns process after delivery.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is enabled. An account just makes tracking and returns a little easier.
Shipping
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Nothing — shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum. Orders are dispatched from our own stock within 1–2 business days, transit is typically 5–10 business days, and every parcel is fully tracked. Details on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the recipient’s responsibility — most orders under common de-minimis thresholds arrive without extra charges.
Sizing & fit
How do your sizes run?
True to size for most pieces, XS–XL. Compression-fit items (leggings, seamless styles) are meant to feel snug at first wear. The Size Guide has full centimetre and inch charts per category, plus advice for between-sizes days — and the Oversized Pump Cover is deliberately cut big.
Are the leggings squat-proof?
Yes. Every legging fabric passes a full-stretch opacity check before it ships. If a piece ever sheers in normal use, that’s a fault — contact us and we’ll make it right.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, items unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Sports bras must have the hygiene liner intact; socks must be unopened. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Full details on the Returns & Refunds page.
My item arrived faulty — what now?
Email youhuiru2026@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo. Confirmed faults get a free replacement or a full refund — your choice, and we cover the return postage.
Product & care
How should I wash performance fabrics?
Cold machine wash, inside out, no fabric softener (it clogs wicking fibres), hang dry. Merino goes on a wool cycle. Full care table on the Fabric & Tech page.
Is your gear really logo-free?
Yes — no prints, no outside branding. A small woven Shotboxes label sits inside the garment, and that’s it.
