Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern purchases from shot-boxes.com (“Shotboxes”, “the store”). By placing an order you accept them. 1. The store
Shotboxes sells own-brand athletic apparel and accessories. Product pages state materials, sizing and care honestly; minor colour variation between screen and fabric can occur. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but never for an order already placed.
2. Orders
An order becomes a contract when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where stock has run out, payment fails or fraud is indicated — anything already charged for a cancelled order is refunded in full. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address; see the Shipping & Delivery page for address changes.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe (major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. Card and wallet details are processed exclusively on the processors’ PCI-DSS-compliant systems; they never reach our servers. Your bank statement will show a descriptor referencing SHOTBOXES.
4. Shipping
Orders dispatch from our own stock in 1–2 business days, tracked. Rates: Standard $5.99 (free over $75), Express $13.99. Transit estimates and the customs/duties rules are set out in full on the Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.
5. Returns & refunds
30-day returns on unworn items with tags, refunds to the original payment method — full conditions (including the bra hygiene-liner and unopened-socks rules) on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
6. Product use
Our gear is apparel, not protective equipment. Compression garments provide comfort-level support only and are not medical devices; UPF-rated garments protect only the covered skin. Follow the care instructions on the Fabric & Tech page — damage from incorrect care (hot washes, softener on wicking fabrics, tumble-drying merino) isn’t a product fault.
7. Intellectual property
All site content — product photography, copy, the Shotboxes name and wordmark — belongs to the operator. Personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
9. Disputes & governing law
Talk to us first — support@shot-boxes.com resolves almost everything within a business day. Card and PayPal buyers also have access to their processor’s dispute-resolution programmes. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of establishment (People’s Republic of China), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, which continue to apply.
